The Amber Elves are a race of Elves that center their civilization around an oasis near the Archei Mountains in the west of the Desert of Lexighor. Known in their own tongue as the Nyrkara, the Amber Elves were once nomadic, like many Elves, but the inhospitable environment of the Desert of Lexighor led to them settling down near the one oasis that they could find.

Led by a King, the Amber Elves’ society is a mix of Hierarchical and Meritocratic in nature, although it’s easy to mistake for the outside observer to mistake it for a caste system. All Amber Elves begin at the bottom of the Hierarchy, equivalent to a general citizenry in most other societies, but there are ways to ascend in this hierarchy, far more ways than in a caste system.

'''Orasil''', born ''"Davian Meickle"'', is a Human from the Tribal Era, born to an advanced civilization that existed during that time period. However, he was shot forward in time, through an event involving intense Ekati radiation, ending up during the mid-Renaissance Era.

During this event, he began undergoing various mutations thanks to that Ekati radiation exposure, increasing his power exponentially. By the time he turned (biologically) 21, these mutations came to a head, eventually ascending his power to near-god-like levels.

However, with everything he knew gone and everyone he knew dead, he tried to create a new companion using a mix of magic and alchemy. The end result was [[Siva Clearwood]], who became a traveling companion and adoptive little sister to him.

Wandering the region of [[Khyorgan]], his only traveling companion being Siva, Orasil stalks the area near the [[Glade of Golden Resin]], home of the [[Amber Elf|Amber Elves]].

==Appearance==
These days, Orasil is almost always seen wearing an ornate suit of plate mail inlaid with magically-charged gemstones, giving him a powerful and almost regal appearance.

Under his armor, however, Orasil has fair skin, brown hair, and eyes that were gray at birth, but due to his mutations and power, a side-effect was his eyes becoming a glowing silver-like color.

==Personality==
As Davian Meickle, he had a strong and steadfast sense of right and wrong, while also holding the belief in all races being equal, if different, in their value. He was rash, however, known to act in a reckless manner.

As Orasil, his base personality changed little, although as he grows older and more experienced, his wisdom also grows, making him more patient and cunning.

==Skills and Abilities==
Due to his transformation, Orasil's power is great. His magical skill is enough to where he's able to perform a basic level of Animancy, which he'd used in part to create [[Siva Clearwood]].

Siva's creation also demonstrates a level of skill in [[Alchemy]], due to her nature as a homunculus. Said Alchemy wasn't just used to create Siva, but also to extend her lifespan, so as to allow her to stay with him, for however long he ends up living.
