Leir Imperial City (sometimes just known as Imperial City) is a large city built out of stone along the side of Mt. Nerthus in the Leir region of Eidyn.

Architecture

Given how steep the mountain is, it is built along a series of intricate terraces interwoven with stair cases that connect the different levels. For ease of transport, a taxi service utilizing dragon mounts is available.
