Emperor Steladran

Emperor Steladran was the figurehead ruler of the Heilinthar Empire during the late Renaissance era. While other nations officially recognized him as the current leader of the Heilinthar, in reality, it was the elven goddess Luminiferah that was in charge due to her possession of the Star Crown. Nonetheless, Steladran was still a formidable sorcerer himself.

Appearance

Steladran has long white hair, bronze skin and a tall, thin frame. He usually wears golden armor and a crimson cape, wielding a mithril sceptre. Steladran is considered by many Heilinthar to be quite handsome, even by elven standards. Next to Luminiferah, he is considered an honorary god of sorts.

Personality

As a master of the Heilinthar code of conduct, Steladran is highly attentive to details and subtle gestures, obsessing over even figurines and decorations are the slightest bit out of alignment. He is considered vain, but also flamboyant, suave and an enjoyer of pleasures. He tends to treat mortals other than elves as playthings - viewing them as curiousities and sources of entertainment. Steladran is also an enjoyer of plays, with violent tragedies being his favorite genre.

Steladran has had many suitors over the years, usually from other nobles deeply infatuated with him. However, his one true love is Luminiferah herself - whom he full well knows he could never be with. Never the less, in private, he is quite obsessed over her, composing poems and plays in her name. His refusal to marry anyone has made his line of succession difficult as he has no heir of his own.

While Steladran's predecessor was far more dedicated to the dogma of Heilinthar superiority, Steladran is somewhat indifferent, only using the Heilinthar belief system as a means of getting his subjects to cooperate with one another. His apathy to the war is perhaps his greatest secret to the public, as in reality, he is only doing what Luminiferah commands him to do out of a mad love for her.

Powers

Steladran is a master of charm and illusion spells. As a matter of fact, a large portion of his abilities are simply his expert way with words. He is infamously known for being able to seduce both men and women to do his bidding, even without using magic by simply using his words and natural charm.
