Gierkliff is a forested region located in eastern Eidyn. It is bordered by the Frozen Vale, Teleios, East Teleios, Varden and Central Eidyn, as well as the Leviathan Areas. The name Gierkliff comes from a society of ancient Wood Elves that once colonized the region in an attempt to create a clone of the Great Tree of Bossniri.
During the Medieval Era, much of Gierkliff was infested with a miasma produced by a demon known as the Kudzu. This miasma would mind control anyone exposed to it, but children were not affected. As such, for many generations, children bore the responsibility as protectors of the realm.

Sero Silva
Sero Silva (or Silva for short) is a forested area that was produced by the Seed of Menara. It is home to the Menarans, a race of humanoids born from plants.
Tepezi Desert

A dry region of Varden and Gierkliff inhabited by the Ko'atl. The most prominent landmark here is Tletl Tepetl, an ancient volcano which the Ko'atl consider their capital city. Nomadic groups have also traveled to the northern parts of the desert to investigate ruins of an ancient civilization once ruled by the Flemmet, a race of fire-breathing ants.
Lupinheim
A snowy mountain range in the northern areas. It is a colony of Lupin who broke away from the Kingdom of Teleios to live a more traditional lifestyle. They are wary of outlanders.
Kakoalatia
A jungle region to the east. The area is much more tropical than it should be due to the effects of the Seed of Menara, which had also created the Kakoans as a byproduct.
Poisoned Swamp
A swamp filled with magical radiation.
Mt. Oblivion
A lone mountain with no vegetation. The site of where a demon known as the Kudzu tried to enter Erudite.
