Yort
Yort is a peninsula located in southeastern Valordyn, bordering Shuang and the Outlands. Being cut off from the rest of the mainland by large mountain ranges, the local cultures and ecosystems evolved in somewhat isolation.
History
When Leir invaded Shuang and stole the Flame Sigil, the Shuang region would begin to freeze over, rendering the area inhospitable for permanent civilization. Refugees consisting of Frost Elves migrated south down the mountain ranges to found a new society known as Nasansara. While they experienced conflicts with the native Aspians, the two eventually assimilated.
